Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a qualified Scheduler to perform planning, scheduling and reporting with strong skills in schedule monitoring and earned value analysis across multiple offices. The role involves preparing WBS, budgets with resource loading, and interfacing with construction management and contractors.

The position requires 2–4 years of planning and scheduling experience on construction projects, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Primavera and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent
• 2-4 years of planning & scheduling experience on construction projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor schedule and earned value baseline
• Prepare WBS and development of schedules and budget (including resource loading)
• Obtain and collect schedule updates from construction management personnel and contractors
• Maintain project construction schedule baseline and updates
• Assemble and compile schedules and inputs and provide detailed computer generated schedule reports
• Analyze schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impacts of delays and changes
• Provide data processing support for network schedule calculations and reports
