Job summary

AEP is seeking a Scheduler/Coordinator to coordinate scope of work for team activities and support Project Managers. Under supervision, you may perform scheduling and commodity tracking for major projects, and develop and maintain scope of work schedules using Primavera or SmartSheet.

You will organize schedule review meetings, capture minutes, provide schedule status to stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are tracked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with progressive related experience.
• Associate's degree with related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define activities, durations, and sequences to develop scope of work plans and milestones.
• Ensure all scope and deliverables are accounted for.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or SmartSheet.
