American Electric Power is seeking a Project Scheduler to coordinate scope of work activities and support Project Managers. The role includes developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules with Primavera/SmartSheet, and providing reliable progress data to the execution teams.

With supervision, you will perform scheduling analyses, track metrics, and prepare KPI reports. Strong communication, time management, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years' qualified experience;
• Associate's degree with 3 years' qualified experience;
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of qualified experience;
• Degrees must be in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.

Responsabilités

• Define activities, durations, sequences and logic to develop the scope of work plan and milestones.
• Develop and maintain schedule using Primavera, SmartSheet or similar systems.
• Lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders and produce minutes and actions.
• Provide schedule status updates and identify risks that could delay milestones.
• Prepare metrics reports and KPIs.
