Job summary

Intermoor, Acteon's Moorings and Anchors business line, Houston, seeks an experienced Project Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, contracting, expediting, logistics, and supplier-management for complex marine projects. You will work with project teams to translate requirements into procurement actions and protect cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project procurement or related experience.
• Experience with complex packages and supplier governance.
• Knowledge of offshore/marine construction or EPC projects is a plus.
• Strong contract literacy, cost awareness, and risk management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional decisions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the project procurement plan, schedule, and supplier strategy.
• Lead procurement packages from scope readiness to award and closeout.
• Integrate technical, commercial, cost, schedule, and quality inputs beyond buying.
• Report on procurement status, commitments, and supplier performance.
• Protect objectives through competitive sourcing and favorable terms.
• Provide procurement leadership; manage buyers as needed.
• Maintain procurement records including quotations and awards.
• Lead critical-package meetings and monitor supplier progress.
• Align budgets and forecasts with project controls.
• Coordinate with legal on terms and flow-down requirements.
