ICM Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controller to design and implement a robust project controls function in Kansas. You will turn project data into actionable insights, establish standards for cost, schedule, risk, and documentation, and drive proactive control across complex work.

The role involves hands-on work with schedules, cost reports, change logs, dashboards, and earned value concepts to improve forecasts, escalation, and decision quality for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in project controls and related fields.
• Ability to contribute quickly with limited ramp-up in a developing environment.
• Familiarity with cost forecasting, schedule variance, and risk logging.

Responsibilities

• Build the project controls operating system with standards for setup, codes, baselines and reports.
• Create cost and schedule visibility with budgets, actuals, forecasts, and milestones.
• Turn performance data into early action using variance analysis and trends.
• Own the change management process from identification to baseline updates.
• Maintain risk registers, logs, mitigations, and escalation triggers.
• Ensure schedules, cost reports, risk logs, and documents are controlled.
• Deliver leadership-ready reports and dashboards for project reviews.
