Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with project teams for developing purchase requisition requirements.
• Guide project teams on standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate to issue RFIs and RFQs and create material/service requisitions.
• Assist in selecting materials/services and inform teams of new developments.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and service specs for POs.
• Gather data and analyze demand to procurement at lowest total cost.
• Route requisitions to sourcing teams for fulfillment.
• Escalate material demand issues to support SLAs.
• Account for lead times and delivery details for tracking.
• Identify schedule delays and assess cost/schedule/resource impacts.
