Job summary

Amentum seeks a seasoned Project Operations Coordinator to support the DoW CTF certification program across multiple development lanes. You will build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and oversee changes to ensure on-time delivery.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in DoD scheduling, with CPM mastery and proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Primavera. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in DoD program scheduling.
• 5+ years in project coordination, master scheduling, or operations management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Primavera.
• Strong CPM, dependency mapping and schedule risk analysis.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize strategic execution across multiple development swim lanes.
• Build, update, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Map task interdependencies and ensure realistic milestone scheduling.
• Gate schedule modifications and control changes to the plan.
• Ensure on-time delivery of the certification program.
• Brief leadership on schedule data and execution strategies.
