Job summary

CACI is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Master Scheduler to support an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will develop, baseline, and maintain IMS linking acquisition milestones, vendor deliverables, hardware production, and platform integration.

The role requires 5+ years of scheduling experience, an active Secret clearance, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office. You will work across multi-tier vendors, providing schedule visibility and early warning of production

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, or program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain IMS for multi-program or multi-vendor efforts.
• Experience integrating supplier or OEM schedules and analyzing downstream impacts.
• Strong analytical skills including critical path and schedule risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain IMS reflecting milestones and vendor deliverables.
• Integrate lower-tier schedules into a single networked IMS.
• Map multi-tier production and delivery schedules for visibility.
• Forecast production shortfalls and quantify impact to vendors and platform integration.
• Identify and status defense acquisition events and documentation for review readiness.
• Perform critical path, driving path, float, and dependency analysis; propose corrective actions.
• Conduct schedule health assessments and drive remediation with owners.
• Collect status, update IMS, and produce variance, milestone, and forecast reports.
• Prepare briefings and dashboards for leadership and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, purchasing/contracts, logistics, and PM to align demand.
• Maintain configuration control of the schedule baseline.
