Job summary

CorSource Technology Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 for a 12-month assignment to support the Transmission Field Services’ Business Transformation Office. You will apply PMI-based project management to develop roadmaps, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–14 years of PM experience depending on degree. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years experience with degree, 12 years without degree, 14+ without degree.
• Experience in project management; PMI-based method guidance.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM expertise and support strategic initiatives from start to finish.
• Develop roadmaps, work plans, deliverables and goals for TF’s initiatives.
• Communicate with implementing orgs, policy owners and sponsors to drive outcomes.
• Draft resource plans and KPI reports; track project metrics and status.
