Job summary

Esco is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex system projects, ensuring on-time delivery with detailed communication across clients, suppliers and internal teams. The role emphasizes schedule management, cost adherence, and documentation to support regulatory and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking budgets, producing minutes and action plans, and coordinating design drawings and installation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects involving systems with emphasis on schedule, cost, and risk.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and process diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for external and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with budgets, forecasts, and value engineering where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance per local regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and clients to maintain project exposure and satisfaction.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Create concept and manufacturing drawings and ensure design intent meets user requirements.
• Monitor budgets and perform cost tracking to adhere to approved budgets.
• Produce clear meeting minutes and action plans; manage multiple projects concurrently.
