Job summary

State of Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager for the Cannabis Management Office in St. Paul. The role leads program and project management efforts, coordinates cross-agency work streams, and develops implementation timelines to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced regulatory setting.

The successful candidate will advise cross-division teams, align plans with agency goals, and manage multiple work streams to deliver outcomes while accommodating telework two days per week.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of project management experience including cross-agency planning and strategy development.
• Experience leading multiple leaders with potentially conflicting needs.
• Experience implementing work plans in dynamic or ambiguous environments and guiding staff through change.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and memoranda communicating plans and recommendations.
• Ability to analyze issues by gathering information and considering multiple factors.
