Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Edina, MN. This full-time role leads projects from preconstruction through turnover, including retail builds and special projects, with travel to Minnesota sites and a field-office mix.

The position requires at least five years of construction PM experience, knowledge of budgets and contracts, and familiarity with permitting, plan review, and inspections. Regular site presence and safety compliance are essential to success.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of construction project management experience.
• Completed commercial ground-up or tenant-improvement projects from preconstruction through certificate of occupancy.
• Knowledge of budgets, pay applications, lien waivers, contracts, permitting, plan review, inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover including retail builds and special projects.
• Coordinate design, permitting, inspections, budgets, schedules, bids, contracts.
• Manage field work, commissioning, and closeout; liaise with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee plan review, inspections, and certificate of occupancy milestones.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple sites.
