Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support project finance, scheduling, and documentation across multiple sites in the United States. You will coordinate invoices, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional tasks with Sales, Accounting, and Project Managers.

The role requires strong communication, basic financial literacy, and familiarity with MS Project and CAD drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or related, and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with basic financials preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Exposure to MS Project for timelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve all supplier invoices related to the project and communicate holds.
• Assist in creation, review and execution of department yearly strategic initiatives.
• Assist Sales in managing escrow amounts of post-completion costs, if applicable.
• Provide weekly written updates on projects including financial and milestone status.
