Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering multi-technology material handling projects, from kickoff through closeout. You will handle procurement, scheduling, and financial tracking while coordinating with engineers, site managers, and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience with financials including ROI/NPV concepts.
Advanced in MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project.
Material handling, robotics, manufacturing or packaging background preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support Project Manager across full project lifecycle (initiation to close).
Prepare and maintain project documentation, budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate procurement, vendor quotes, and purchase orders.
Assist in meetings, minutes, status reports and action item tracking.
Support scheduling, risk management and change control.
