Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers in delivering automated material handling solutions across robotics, AS/RS, AGV, and high-speed sortation. You will participate in all project phases from initiation to closeout, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule targets are met.

The role emphasizes strong planning, vendor coordination, and customer service with up to 30% travel. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in Project Management a plus.
• Experience with financial concepts (ROI, NPV, Cost to Complete).
• Advanced in MS Office (Excel and MS Project).
• AutoCAD experience a plus.
• Material Handling/Robotics background preferred.
• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry knowledge and job skills through training.
• Carry a workload of 2-4 projects concurrently.
• Create/maintain project management checkbooks with vendor info and costs.
• Assist PM with forecasting, cost/timing estimates across full project life cycle.
• Draft change orders and coordinate with PM for customer review/approval.
• Prepare and lead weekly project status meetings and update schedules.
• Complete per diem/expense reports and maintain project files.
• Occasionally travel to job sites for vendor management.
