Job summary

My3tech is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead the modernization of Colorado’s probation case management system. You will bridge technology, policy, and frontline practice across 23 judicial districts to deliver a compliant, user-centered solution.

The role requires strong governance, multi-stakeholder coordination, and a focus on data quality, training, and go-live support in a hybrid Denver setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, information systems, public administration, criminal justice, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience, including at least five years leading large, complex technology implementations with multiple vendors and stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-year schedule
• Experience leading enterprise system replacements that included data migration and organizational change management
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from requirements to rollout and decommissioning of ICON/JPOD.
• Develop and maintain the master schedule, budget, scope baseline, and benefits realization plan.
• Translate strategic goals into clear project objectives and measurable success criteria.
• Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and selection under state rules.
• Ensure legislative and policy compliance is built into system requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across 23 districts and drive end-user adoption.
• Identify risks, monitor quality, plan cutover, and report status to leadership.
