Job summary

Crescens Inc. in Denver, CO, seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead the replacement of its legacy probation case management system, connecting technical, policy, and frontline operations across 23 judicial districts.

The role coordinates governance, procurement, data migration, testing, rollout, and decommissioning, while guiding change management, training, and executive reporting in a hybrid Denver setting with weekly in-office presence (preferably Tuesdays).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (see above)
• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience
• At least five years leading large, complex technology implementations
• Experience managing multi-year schedules
• Experience leading enterprise system replacements with data migration and change management
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from requirements to rollout and decommissioning of ICON/JPOD
• Develop and maintain master schedule, budget, scope baseline, and benefits realization plan
• Translate strategic goals into measurable project objectives and success criteria
• Coordinate procurement, vendor evaluation, and contract management
• Ensure legislative and policy requirements are integrated into system requirements
• Oversee change management, training, and go-live support
• Engage executives, probation officers, judges, and partner agencies across 23 districts
