The project spans enterprise system implementation, data migration, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and statewide deployment across 23 judicial districts. The role requires a decade of PM experience, including 5+ years managing complex technology efforts, and a strong track record in change management and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading complex technology implementations.
• Experience with enterprise system replacement, data migration, and organizational change management.
• Experience managing multi-year schedules, multiple vendors, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, data migration, and rollout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with government leadership, judges, probation officers, IT teams, and partner agencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
