Job summary

Centstone in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-year modernization initiative replacing legacy probation case management system across 23 judicial districts.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery including vendor management, data migration, governance, change management, and executive reporting, requiring 10+ years in complex public-sector technology projects and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute year for year.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years leading complex technology implementations.
• Proven experience in enterprise system replacement, data migration, and organizational change management.
• Experience managing multi-year project schedules, multiple vendors, budgets, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, implementation, testing, deployment, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee vendor performance, procurement activities, and contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate executive leadership, judicial stakeholders, technology teams, and external partner agencies.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and continuity of critical criminal justice data exchanges.
• Manage regulatory compliance, organizational change management, training, and user adoption.
• Prepare executive reports, facilitate governance meetings, and escalate critical project issues.
