Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-functional teams across projects of varying complexity. You will define, plan, track, and deliver key project outcomes, with a focus on portfolio management and PMO process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to drive decisions in a matrix organization. Hybrid work in Princeton, NJ with in-person presence Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, science preferred.
• 8+ years of CPG industry experience in R&D, operations or engineering.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio of projects and drive delivery across teams.
• Prepare and track project plans, charters and business cases.
• Facilitate weekly multi-functional meetings and decisions.
• Identify risks, contingency plans, and escalate blockers.
