Job summary

Connect Tech+Talent seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale initiatives through full lifecycle delivery in a federal agency context. You will plan, monitor, and report on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications, coordinating vendor engagement and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle activities, planning, communication, and team development.
• Perform all standard project management deliverables including scope and objectives, change management, risk mitigation, budgeting, stakeholder communication, project and vendor engagement, and project closure.
• Develop and manage project status reports for stakeholders and PMO dashboard.
• Implement change management practices in accordance with guidance.
• Forecast, manage, and acquire resources needed to achieve objectives.
• Ensure activities and deliverables adhere to guidelines.
• Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Routinely perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and offer recommendations.
• Demonstrate ability to lead group facilitation for agency interactions.
