Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years related experience in design engineering, including 3+ years managing engineering projects.
• Experience in Oil, Gas, Chemical or heavy process industry preferred.
• Demonstrated success in project management.
• Proven ability to develop business and client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information to all levels.
• Professional registration preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage and oversee multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion, including safety, siting, environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, procurement, constructability, and closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination, planning, budget, subcontracting, staffing, and satisfaction.
• Lead risk reviews and provide mentorship to project team.
• Manage internal project financials and provide accurate cost forecasts and accruals.
• Establish project teams and ensure efficient, cost-effective staff utilization.
• Report on progress, cost, schedule metrics, procurement issues, and safety or environmental concerns.
