Job summary

First American is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple medium to large scale projects. You will plan, execute, and close projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to balance competing priorities. You will collaborate with end users and technology teams, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of directly related experience.
• PMP desirable.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple medium to large scale projects on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports.
• Identify resources needed and schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Create project plans with goals, strategy, staffing, budgets, and risk plans.
• Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
• Monitor risks and controls to deliver on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with end users, business technologies, and management to prioritize goals.
• Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasting.
• Prepare status reports for management and clients.
• May work outside normal hours as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
