Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees small scale projects or phases of a larger project.
• Coordinates activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
• Defines system scope and project objectives to support business needs, and defines the role and function of each team member.
• Assists in preparing project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Regularly facilitates status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.
• Prepares documentation related to project, including training/process materials.
• May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
