First American Trust, a member of the First American family, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large cross-functional initiatives, including acquisitions and organizational changes. You will partner with sponsors, Finance and Accounting leaders, and enterprise teams to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution that delivers sustainable business outcomes.

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of project governance, methodologies, and enterprise technologies.
• Oracle or comparable enterprise financial systems integration experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex business changes or integrations in Finance and Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery of current-state processes and define future-state plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement changes and integrations.
• Define governance, milestones, risks, and outcomes for initiatives.
• Provide senior leaders with visibility into progress and decisions.
• Align delivery strategies with sponsors and enterprise stakeholders.
