Job summary

First American is seeking a Project Manager within ServiceMac PMO to lead multiple large projects in mortgage servicing. You will create schedules, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report status to stakeholders. Experience in mortgage servicing and Agile/ITIL practices are valued.

The role emphasizes risk management, effective communication, and delivering projects on time and within budget across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in mortgage/financial services.
• Mortgage servicing knowledge is preferred.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
• ITIL certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple medium to large-scale projects independently.
• Coordinate deliverables, plans and status reports.
• Identify resources and align schedules for timely completion.
• Create project plans with goals, staffing, risks and budgets.
• Lead milestone meetings with cross-functional groups and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with end users and tech teams to align business goals.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasting.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports to management and clients.
• May work outside normal hours per business needs.
