Job summary

First American Trust seeks a Senior Project Manager in Corporate Development Delivery to lead medium to large, cross-functional initiatives such as acquisitions, organizational changes, and business integrations.

You will partner with business sponsors, Finance and Accounting leaders, and enterprise functional teams to translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution that delivers sustainable business outcomes and clear, executive-level visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of governance, methodologies, and enterprise technologies.
• Experience with Oracle or comparable ERP systems.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
• Strong executive communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sponsors and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and define delivery strategies.
• Lead discovery of current-state business and accounting processes.
• Coordinate functional teams to define and implement future-state processes and integrations.
• Coordinate financial systems integration and readiness for transitions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with defined success criteria and manage scope, milestones, risks.
• Provide senior leaders with actionable progress updates and decisions.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to reassess priorities and remove barriers.
• Coordinate cross-functional business readiness and handoff to operations.
