Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting and requirements management.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to introduce and adapt these practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as GitLab, Microsoft Planner, or MS Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing technical reports, client presentations, status reports, risk management docs, requirements traceability, and lessons learned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape project management practices for complex technical projects including penetration testing and security assessments.
