Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of project planning/management experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred, demonstrating PM concepts.
• 3+ years IMS experience managing integrated schedules.
• Experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• Experience in government contracting environment and requirements management.
• Demonstrated Agile/Scrum experience and ability to introduce/adapt practices.
• Experience with project management tools (GitLab, Planner, MS Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee research and development projects spanning multiple technical disciplines.
• Lead cross-functional teams distributed across labs; guide projects from conception to delivery.
• Establish and refine project management processes; work hands-on with advanced technologies.
