Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management, project coordination, or business operations.
• Strong experience with process documentation and SOP development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple teams.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, update, and maintenance of process documentation related to spinoff activities.
• Partner with business owners and SMEs to document current-state and future-state processes.
• Develop process flows, SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and operational runbooks.
• Maintain document repositories and ensure proper version control.
• Identify documentation gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process standardization.
• Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
• Assist project leaders with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Monitor timelines and proactively identify and elevate potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams, vendors, HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, Technology, and other functional teams.
• Gather requirements, document decisions, and communicate project updates.
• Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as needed to support project deliverables.
