Position Overview

We are looking to immediately hire a full‑time Project Manager to be based out of the Dallas office. This position will oversee the activities of and expand our software project & product delivery while working with a team of software developers, QA engineers, team leads, and SME/architect. The person will be responsible for establishing and deploying comprehensive project management practices and directly interacting with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable and responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of application technology solutions in line with client objectives.
  • Ensure that the business needs are clearly understood, and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business.
  • Work with leadership to budget and prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements.
  • Work with clients and Solution Architects to develop high‑level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions.
  • Oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and a delivery team of 3‑10 people.
Project Responsibilities
  • Lead all design/development/deployment aspects for SpinSci projects related to services & products.
  • Ensure all development and maintenance projects are in accordance with client requirements.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time to engage with clients and stakeholders, manage project execution, and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing the project roadmap and leading project kickoffs for large projects at customer’s location.
  • Head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide insight, oversight, strategic context, direction, and leadership to the staff involved in all projects.
  • Develop project documentation in collaboration with PM—e.g., project initiation documentation, budget, project plan, and resource plan.
  • Ensure resources assigned to projects are meeting deadlines and focused on the right activities.
  • Escalate issues, risks, and decisions to client & internal leadership, other stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigating actions.
  • Monitor progress and status of deliverables.
  • Ensure proper functioning of the Products / Applications and recommend upgrades as necessary.
  • Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed.
  • Communicate development and production status and issues to management and stakeholders.
