Responsibilities

  • Lead the inventory, creation, update, and maintenance of process documentation related to spinoff activities.
  • Partner with business owners and subject matter experts to document current state and future state processes.
  • Develop process flows, SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and operational runbooks.
  • Maintain document repositories and ensure version control standards are followed.
  • Identify documentation gaps, process dependencies, and opportunities for standardization.
  • Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
  • Assist project leaders with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare agendas, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively escalates potential delays or risks.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure action items are completed on schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams, vendors, HR, benefits, payroll, finance, technology, and other functional areas.
  • Gather requirements, document decisions, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives.

Project Manager II

Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% remote)

Type: Contract

Our direct client is seeking a Project Manager II who will be responsible for process documentation and business readiness, working with cross-functional teams and various levels across the organization to drive project deliverables.

Key Accountabilities
