Job summary

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3–5 years in project management are required. The role emphasizes following established PM methodologies, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field including project management.
• Experience with PM methodology and budget/scope/time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow PM methodology and manage budget, scope and timeline from inception to steady state.
• Ensure team members deliver tasks and escalate issues affecting success.
• Identify resource and milestone issues and resolve or escalate.
• Document project progress, outcomes and lessons learned.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Identify improvement opportunities to PM processes and methodologies.
• Communicate project status effectively.
• Close and transition projects appropriately.
• Coaching on PM methodology and create reusable templates.
