Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to support the CDx Pharma Services network in Tucson. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, focusing on streamlining workflows and implementing innovative business tools, including AI solutions.

The role also involves capacity planning, operational reporting, and developing dashboards for laboratory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of complex business initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and workflow simplification across multiple laboratories.
• Support implementation of new business tools, including AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data for laboratory capacity planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, meetings, action items, and project communications.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and promote continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
