Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical) to lead healthcare-focused initiatives that advance operations through collaboration with the AI, clinical, and infrastructure teams and to build scalable, secure technology environments supporting AI-driven patient care.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from definition to implementation, ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, establish effective communication and change management, and drive documentation

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience working with clinical teams or healthcare stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, clinical operations, care delivery, EMR/EHR, or patient workflows.
• Demonstrated success in introducing new technology or capabilities into existing clinical or business workflows with effective implementation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects focusing on infrastructure, governance, security, and connectivity within healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation within a healthcare-focused organization.
• Works closely with AI, clinical, and infrastructure teams to develop scalable and secure technology environments supporting AI initiatives.
• Ensures projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while aligning with organizational goals.
• Establishes effective communication and change management strategies to keep projects on track.
• Responsible for documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
