Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to support the CDx Pharma Services network in Tucson. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, focusing on streamlining workflows and implementing innovative business tools, including AI solutions.

The role also involves capacity planning, operational reporting, and developing dashboards for laboratory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results quickly.

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasonedProject Manager IIto join a leading global healthcare organization supporting multiple laboratories within a diagnostic and pharmaceutical services network. This role will drive high-impact initiatives focused onstreamlining workflows, improving processes, implementing innovative business tools, and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI. The Project Manager II will also supportcapacity planning and operational reportingby analyzing laboratory data and developing dashboards that enable informed business decisions.
