• Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Leads/Coordinates resources and uses formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules; identifies problems and finds solutions.
• Ensures project is completed on-time and within budgeted costs.
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Sets strategic direction for the company with an enterprise-wide perspective.
• Interacts with executives, customers, or senior leaders; builds relationships across departments.
• Develops and executes function strategy and allocation of resources across sub-functions.
• Influences and implements short to mid-term strategies (1-3 years) for own function.
