This role collaborates with senior leaders to drive priorities, develop execution plans, and present executive summaries. A PMP certification is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project, program or general management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to create executive-level reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Secures required resources and manages budgets, risks and changes.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Ensures projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Develops and executes function strategy and collaborates with senior leaders.
