You will plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging from process improvements to technology enhancements, ensuring they deliver meaningful value and stay within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, PM, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile).
• PMI-PMP, CAPM, Agile or Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, and technology projects from initiation through implementation and post‑project review.
• Develop project charters, requirements, plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
• Coordinate activities among internal departments, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and communicate status to sponsors.
• Facilitate meetings, manage changes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
