Job summary

Capital Credit Union in De Pere, WI is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross-department initiatives within a hybrid, full-time setting. The role collaborates with CCU leadership and business units to define scope, drive project charters, and manage stakeholders.

Candidates should have 3+ years in IT/project management, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Project and Planview PPM Pro. PMP preferred and a degree in business/IT is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in management, business, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred
• 3+ years previous experience in IT, project management, administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Sponsor with developing project charter and defining the main objectives of the project, its purpose, its scope, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Develops project plans with controls for scope, resources, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, and communications
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors and serves as a point of contact for the teams to ensure synergy and seamless execution of projects, programs, and initiatives
• Monitors the progress of a project and ensures that key milestones are reached
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
