Qualifications

• Five or more years of change management or project management experience.
• Five or more years supporting the banking domain.
• Three or more years governance experience; two+ years risk/audit experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute change management communications across stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to measure change impact and engagement.
• Develop and implement training strategies for new tech and processes.
• Gather requirements and identify process improvements.
• Deliver presentations to leadership on change value propositions.
• Implement change management standards and governance across the enterprise.
• Demonstrate audit, risk, and governance discipline in activities.
• Create metrics and reports to track progress and health of changes.
• Maintain testing and project plans; guide junior resources.
