Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Project Manager for the Integration Management Office to drive large-scale organizational initiatives across hospitals and care sites.

You will develop project workplans, monitor progress, and synthesize data to inform decisions. You will collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Strategy and clinical leaders, delivering dashboards and executive-ready analyses while coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Strong project management and data synthesis abilities.
• Ability to build dashboards and present findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and multiple workstreams of complex initiatives.
• Develop workplans, identify interdependencies, and track progress.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
• Support regulatory reporting efforts across the system.
