The role emphasizes data-driven continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with external partners. The position requires 3–5 years PM experience, a business-related Bachelor's degree, and a preference for PMP certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a business-related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and implementation of Health Impact priorities into project plans and milestones.
  • Oversee a complex portfolio of community health programs and monitor timelines, resources, risk, and ROI.
  • Facilitate stakeholder and community engagement to ensure coordinated program execution.
  • Coordinate workforce and leadership alignment with regional health initiatives.
  • Analyze population health data and present executive dashboards for continuous improvement.
  • Develop standard project tools and templates to build capacity among partners.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to resolve barriers and standardize practices.
  • Collaborate with the North Region Operational Excellence team with onsite presence most days.
