Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority, complex portfolios for business initiatives within our Project Planning and Operations team. You will communicate status updates, manage methodologies, timelines, and budgets while upholding quality and stakeholder trust.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in a business-related field, 5-7 years of experience, and ideally PMP certification, with healthcare industry exposure and experience in a matrix
Leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives . Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives. Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget. Work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.
