Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA to move plans into action and lead nontechnical project-management efforts for the Land Development practice. You will coordinate across teams, advance strategic initiatives, and support growth with a focus on engagement and governance.

The role is manager-level without direct reports, relying on influence, initiative, and cross-functional coordination to deliver results for the eight practices and key projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in expanding project management duties.
• Experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and documentation.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to PM, quality assurance, and safety.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of accounting principles for budgets and resources.
• Ability to interact with clients, team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into executable plans with milestones, responsibilities and schedules.
• Maintain dashboards or tracking systems to communicate progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage action items with follow-through.
• Act as designated point of contact for assigned initiatives.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Maintain visibility across practices regarding workload and risks.
• Support implementation and momentum of standards in Land Development.
• Lead initiatives after building organizational knowledge and credibility.
• Provide nontechnical project-management support to Pennsylvania Land Development teams.
• Assist with meeting prep, documentation, and accountability.
• Support client-capture, relationship-management, and proposals.
