Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to work with the Land Development Regional Practice Leader in Mechanicsburg, PA.

The role provides nontechnical project-management support, advances strategic initiatives, strengthens cross-team coordination, and enhances employee engagement and office culture. The position focuses on coordinating schedules, budgets, client directives, and contracts while improving project-status reporting and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC) with 6+ years of experience, or 10+ years equivalent.
• Proven track record expanding project-management duties on large projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into executable plans with milestones, responsibilities, and schedules.
• Maintain dashboards to communicate progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs.
• Coordinate action items and ensure follow-through across teams.
• Act as point person for assigned initiatives and lead planning activities.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting coordination, and performance reporting.
• Help drive visibility across practices regarding workload and financial trends.
• Support Land Development standards and coordinate training and momentum.
• Lead and influence initiatives without direct reporting lines.
