Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Projects to lead cross-functional initiatives across Global Operations Management. You will drive inventory governance, forecasting, and planning improvements while delivering measurable results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, with a Master’s preferred, and experience in SAP and global project leadership. This on-site position offers opportunities to shape operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, SCM, operations management or related field is required.
• Master's degree (MBA or Engineering Management) preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects with global stakeholders.
• Experience in Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, or Operations.
• SAP experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Operational Excellence projects aligned with GOM objectives and produce charters, business cases, and governance models.
• Improve rotor inventory governance, replenishment strategies, forecasting, and inventory visibility.
• Drive inventory health, utilization, and reduce excess/obsolete stock; collaborate to improve lead times.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Lines, and Operations to improve planning for technical issue management.
• Drive Lean, Continuous Improvement, and standardization across the org.
• Develop governance processes, standard work, RACI models, and dashboards
