This role focuses on global inventory forecasting, budgeting, governance, and reporting to optimize inventory performance and support strategic decision-making in a high-cost environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive FP&A, inventory accounting or controlling experience within a multinational matrix organization and will bring strong analytical skills and

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of professional experience in FP&A, inventory controlling, or corporate finance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong background in corporate finance and inventory accounting required.
• Experience in multinational matrix organizations and proficiency with financial digitalization tools preferred.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of global inventory performance across regions.
• Prepare and analyze inventory KPIs, scorecards and variance reports for leadership.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and present findings to finance and operations leadership.
• Coordinate inventory reserve forecasting, annual reserve calculations, and valuation-change analyses.
• Support inventory reconciliations, scrap and return-material-authorization requests, and purchase-price analyses.
• Coordinate annual inventory internal-control testing and assist with resolving control issues.
