Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Operational Excellence projects that optimize procurement and supply chain performance.
• Develop charters, business cases, implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and Operations to align forecasted demand with supplier capacity.
• Improve visibility into forecast demand, supplier capacity, and potential supply constraints; drive corrective actions.
