Job summary

Merrick Bank, an FDIC-insured financial institution based in South Jordan, Utah, is seeking a Project Manager II to plan, lead, and manage complex projects across business areas. You will translate business requirements into actionable direction for technology teams and work closely with upper management to ensure on-schedule delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience delivering technology changes in financial services, with knowledge of Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Agile KanBan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years minimum experience leading Technology Change Delivery, preferably in Financial Services.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the project.
• Coordinate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technology delivery team members.
• Manage costs, resources, changes, risks, issues, and governance tasks.
